Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Mob Surf Skate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and damaged items.

1. Returns

Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return Period: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Process: Email us at support@mobsurfskate.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

2. Refunds

Refund Approval: Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items: Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Cancellations

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us at support@mobsurfskate.com or call 071 666 8866.
After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, follow the return process to request a refund.
Fees: No cancellation fees apply if the order is cancelled before shipment.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@mobsurfskate.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items—such as safety gear, opened accessories, or personal-use products—cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
